From day one, my electrician Raymond Youkhana – sounds funny even saying ‘my electrician’ because over the course of only a short amount of time he became ‘a friend’. Raymond has been there – above and beyond in every aspect of proving the best service to his customers. With every bump in the road, Raymond was always so calm and supportive, and I know some of the stuff he did was not in his job description but was always lending a hand to complete a job. Our company at Rand Design Studio would call him; ‘a piece of bread.’ I mean, the cherry on top is he got us over the line by completing a job at XS espresso Greenvalley within 3 business and the quality of work was spot on along with every other tiny aspect of the job up until the finish line. He was there, always got back to me, answered every question, he’s honest and he’s good at what he does. In the course of completing a job in 3 business days didn’t stop him from all the bunch of obstacles put in his way, but Raymond did it and he was a gentleman the whole stretch.
